Coconut oil is known to be one of the healthy fats that can easily help you to heal your sensitive or damaged gut. This substance is available in the buttery form   which can easily be consumed as it tastes very delicious and the food prepared from it is very healthy for the various functions of the body.  So, you can cook it, eat it or use it on your hair and skin.

Can it really help you in digestion?

These gut germs cause ulcers, food poisoning, yeast infections in gut because of Candida, Escherichia coli.

However it does not destroy beneficial bacteria, it only destroys “sugar-coated” or “lipid- coated” bacteria. If you are in the habit of taking probiotic bacteria that it does not fight against it rather supports the process.  It provides essential nutrients to the body for proper functioning to make it healthy.
