Muscular Irritation-muscular irritation is normally caused not because of any injury or strain but due to lack of activity or movement or poor strength of muscles which connects the thoracic cavity to the scapula. This pain can be lessened by acupuncture, chiropractic care, physical therapy, deep muscle massage, and stretching and strengthening exercises.
